The 2012 ‘Estate’ Chardonnay reminds us how fortunate we are to craft wine from vineyards planted on our estate over thirty years ago. A wine that expresses a wonderful mix of power and elegance, structure and fineness. A slightly larger production than the 2011 vintage, harvested in early October, the resulting wine exhibits beautiful balance of fruit and acidity, with a beautiful creamy, seamless texture and lingering finish. A spectacular result from a superb vintage.
