The 2008 Scandale Estate Cabernet Sauvignon begins with notes of figs, plum and German chocolate cake on the nose. The front and mid pallet are rich in cocoa, cherry and toasted cedar. It finishes with well rounded tannins. The wines overall pleasant and gradual transition from nose to finish makes is very enjoyable now, yet will age nicely for years to come.
