This wine shows concentrated savory dark fruits in a food-loving dry style. Black plum and blackberries are supported by smooth rounded tannins and oak, finishing with very pleasing molasses, coffee and dark chocolate. A superb balance of tannin, fruit and acid make this a candidate for a third or fourth glass, and will pair with a very wide range of foods, from red sauce pastas to steaks.
