Our Nebbiolo wine, the grape name derived from the Italian word nobile (meaning noble), gives aromas of preserved plums, dried lavender, five-spice powder, and mild leather on the back end. On the palate, flavors of raspberries, briner cherries, and hints of fudge and slate round out the mouthfeel. Good acidity, crunchy tannins, with a full bodied, mouth-watering sweet berry provide a lengthy finish.
