The 2007 Frazier Estate Cabernet Sauvignon shows off an enticing nose of mocha, blue and black fruits, along with a touch of anise. Concentrated and pure on the palate, this wine is very rich revealing seamless dark fruit, and a long finish. Given the purity of fruit and tannin this wine should drink well for 15+ yrs.
